I can't post photos of the children, but trust me, they are darling!
While in Oman I was able to get a little crafting done in my spare time, including a Christmas card, gift for my little sister, and a painting/collage.
today I am baking up a storm for the Christmas tea (tomorrow) and we are having some dear family friends over tonight. Last night I was reunited with Cathy, who is home for Christmas from Northern Ireland at university. Four of us friends met for coffee and had an amazing time of fellowship and girly talk.
Three days
until Christmas! Doesn't it seem strange?
I'm going to stay up late painting under the Christmas tree tonight.

hello sweetie,
thanks so much for the comment darling.
You are most right, there is always something to be happy about. People may not notice these little things, but they are there.
Oh, I thought they were your children, and yes I did think you seemed quite young to be a mother, but now a days it is very common. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
OH you nanny them, now I comprehend.
I am up to much homework and busy as ever trying to clean my house and was taking care of my 3 little cousins, so I understand what you mean by the rewarding but so very tiring.
Your pictures are so lovely. The card is adorable, as is the painting/collage. The pinkish tree is so cute, it makes it so nice.
You seem to be so unique and have such creative little ideas, your art is very pretty.
Girly talk with long time friends is one of the best things, is it not? Catching up and being together again, so wonderful.
I hope you have a wonderful week, with all the gifts and smiles, hugs and kisses, all the lovely heart warming moments.

Henna!!!
I love it. I have some henna powder and stencils, and love getting it done. So much fun. This is weird, but I like the way it smells.
I love the card you made too.
Merry Christmas!
