Over the past few weeks I've started getting pictures from the states organized and scrapbooked. The photos don't have a lot of detail, but I'm pretty happy with how most of the pages turned out.
On Thursday morning (well, really late Wednesday night) my dad and I leave for Japan. We'll be gone for about a week, mostly in Tokyo but also in Kyoto and possibly Hiroshima. We fly into Osaka. I'm so excited! Particularly to just wander around, find fresh local sushi, see Harajuku and the colorful youth culture, and I plan to look for a new Blythe doll! I'm more of a people-watcher than a tourist, but my dad and I will have to balance things out a bit. It's kind of for my eighteenth birthday, using the airline benefits.
If you could travel anywhere right now, where would it be?
I'd love to go to Bosnia, the Mediterranean, and Paris again, but right now all I can think about is Japan. And this, even though it's unrelated.

Sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate your birthday! I hope you have an amazing time in Japan- sounds like a very interesting place to go. And I'd have to agree, people watching is one best parts of going somewhere;)
You are so deeply lucky to be able to see so much of the world! I'm thrilled for you that you'll soon be heading off to Japan, I've always wanted to go there myself, too.
I didn't know you like Blythes, I really dig them, too, though I don't own any. I do however collect one of Blythes counterparts, Pullips.
