This is the coat I'm trying to make.
I'm using this fabric as a test (though I like it as well) to make sure I get the seam allowance - which you have to do yourself - and all the sewing correctly. Then I'll make it again with some awesome orange retro-patterned fabric I have, and put some sort of appliques on it for Dahlia. The pattern is by oriettacat.Do you usually make your own Blythe clothes? What about your own clothes?

I make Blythe clothes sometimes. My sewing maching is acting up a lot though, so I haven't made anything for a while!
When/If I end up getting WW, I might... but I don't make my own clothes. Not that you asked me.
I love making my own Blythe clothes. I sew clothes for myself also, but it's so much more fun dressing up a doll, I think. I can make outfits for my Loovee that I wish I could wear!

I could use my mom's machine last week, hence the crazy sewing spree :P I'll try mine again tomorrow, hopefully it'll work now!
