I know many of you like Alice in Wonderland as much as I do. Some of the original or lesser known illustrations are as fantastic as the book and film. My favourite is the bottom plate, one of the original Tenniel illustrations done for Carroll's book.
More to come :)

What is our favourite of Carroll's works? The Hunting of the Snark is also good.
love,
Cait

My favorite poem of his is Jabberwocky. I can't say I've ever read a book by him though.

I like Alice In Wonderland too...although it's pretty odd! I was in a theater production of it in the last year or so, which was quite wild!

I love you blog by the way.....I'm a reader!

Have a great day,

Natalie

Things like this amaze me! This morning I read a quote from Alice in Wonderland ("... Ive thought 6 impossible things before breakfast")and I thought to myself, I MUST buy another copy of that book and bang, here is your post. Hmmm, I think it is a sign that I must read Alice again!

Thanks for the comment:) I was a "card gardener" in A.I.W. I even got my head chopped off! (Off stage, of course;) Oh yes, and I was the understudy for the caterpillar- which involved smoking a (fake!) hookah pipe and wearing weird blue glasses...Lewis Carrol was so bizarre!
